You can join one of our information evenings or webinars where we discuss the latest trends in the investment market, present our investment strategy and showcase current fund opportunities.
You can also arrange an individual meeting with one of our investment consultants who will give you an in-depth presentation of our funds, customised to your specific situation.
The sole purpose of the meeting is to give you a good basis for making an informed decision. It's entirely up to you whether you want to proceed from there.
If you choose to invest in one of our funds, please contact your investment consultant.
The consultant will send you all necessary documents for review and signature. The purchase agreement will be completed digitally and we will also ask for a copy of your passport or driving licence.
You will then receive an official confirmation of your investment. Once Nordic Bloom has completed a capital increase in the fund you have chosen to invest in, your shares will become visible in your bank account.
Once your share subscription is complete, you will be assigned a dedicated Investment Manager who will be your primary contact for your investment.
You'll get access to your personalised investor page and approximately every three months you'll receive a newsletter with an updated status of your investment.
Annual financial statements are prepared each year and a general meeting is held for all investors. At the general meeting, the dividend for the year is decided (with the exception of the accumulating companies).
DKK 750,000 is the legal minimum amount to invest in this type of fund. This is a requirement to ensure that investors are qualified and understand the level of risk.
No, you are free to choose to invest a higher amount if you wish. However, the total size of the fund is a natural limit and allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments are made on an ongoing basis as the fund makes its investments - typically spread over 3-4 years. For example, a total investment of DKK 1 million can be distributed in instalments of DKK 250,000-350,000 annually, depending on the structure of the fund.
Payouts typically begin 1-2 years after the investment period has ended. The timing and amount depend on the fund's performance, market developments and other conditions. There is no guarantee of dividends and the investment should be viewed as long-term.
