\nHow the concept works\n<\/h1>
\nAs an investor at Nordic Bloom, you become a co-owner of our funds. We handle all the development, sourcing, financing and ongoing administration of the funds. You get a passive investment that can contribute to increased risk diversification in your portfolio.\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

\nBefore you invest\n<\/h2>\n<\/div>

You can join one of our information evenings or webinars where we discuss the latest trends in the investment market, present our investment strategy and showcase current fund opportunities.<\/p>\n

You can also arrange an individual meeting with one of our investment consultants who will give you an in-depth presentation of our funds, customised to your specific situation.<\/p>\n

The sole purpose of the meeting is to give you a good basis for making an informed decision. It's entirely up to you whether you want to proceed from there.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nWhen you invest\n<\/h2>\n<\/div>

If you choose to invest in one of our funds, please contact your investment consultant.<\/p>\n

The consultant will send you all necessary documents for review and signature. The purchase agreement will be completed digitally and we will also ask for a copy of your passport or driving licence.<\/p>\n

You will then receive an official confirmation of your investment. Once Nordic Bloom has completed a capital increase in the fund you have chosen to invest in, your shares will become visible in your bank account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nAfter you have invested\n<\/h2>\n<\/div>
\n

Once your share subscription is complete, you will be assigned a dedicated Investment Manager who will be your primary contact for your investment.<\/p>\n

You'll get access to your personalised investor page and approximately every three months you'll receive a newsletter with an updated status of your investment.<\/p>\n

Annual financial statements are prepared each year and a general meeting is held for all investors. At the general meeting, the dividend for the year is decided (with the exception of the accumulating companies).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>
